Art and fashion have forever been entwined. In the 1980s, Picchi collaborated with Crepax, when together they worked on costumes for a catwalk at Antica Fattoria Paterno. Also Andrea Pazienza and Milo Manara designed clothes with Picchi’s fabric in tandem with their vivid artworks.The AW85 collections took their inspiration from a diverse range of art. The artist Giò Pomodoro created Ariannaaurea a stunning marble sculpture still located at the entrance of the factory recalling the magic world of the myths.

Recently Picchi has bought other piece of art such as Dani Karavan and Renato Guttuso. When art meets fashion.
